At Motifz, we take pride in creating high-quality, hand block-printed cotton goods. Your satisfaction is important to us!

 

Return Window

You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

 

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • With original tags and packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Note: Due to the handcrafted nature of our items, slight variations are expected and are not considered defects.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Sale/clearance items
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Items marked “Final Sale”

 

Return Process

  1. Email us at motifz.yeg@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will confirm return instructions.
  3. Ship the item back to us (customer is responsible for return shipping unless item was damaged or incorrect).
  4. Once received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item, please initiate a return first and then place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll ensure the issue is resolved promptly at no cost to you.
