Return Window
You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- With original tags and packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Note: Due to the handcrafted nature of our items, slight variations are expected and are not considered defects.
Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards
- Sale/clearance items
- Custom or personalized orders
- Items marked “Final Sale”
Return Process
- Email us at motifz.yeg@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will confirm return instructions.
- Ship the item back to us (customer is responsible for return shipping unless item was damaged or incorrect).
- Once received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item, please initiate a return first and then place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll ensure the issue is resolved promptly at no cost to you.
